Joanne Rea
Joanne is a late starter as an artist. Being a former nurse, she also homeschooled her children and operated as the CFO in her husband’s and her medical supply/security company for 36 years. In an attempt to wake up the right side of her brain, Joanne began painting about 2008. Joanne has always been fascinated by color in nature. Florals, still-life’s and landscapes in watercolor or acrylic are her preferred medium, although she also enjoys acrylic pouring. Now that she is retired and living full-time in Colorado she is looking forward to spending much more time pursuing her art.
